Neon One is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide essential administrative support and help us maintain a positive employee experience. In this fully remote role, you'll contribute directly to our HR functions while supporting a team dedicated to empowering mission-driven organizations.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
- Assist with benefits enrolment, updates, and general employee inquiries.
- Help manage leaves of absence and return-to-work processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR-related questions.
- Provide administrative support for performance management and off-boarding processes.
- Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Assist with I-9 processing and documentation.
- Review and process employee requests regarding medical policies and provide guidance on cases.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
- Understanding of basic HR practices and employment regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
