Grupo PiSA is seeking a Senior Projects and Innovation Analyst to play a key role in driving transformation and evolution within the Executive Finance Directorate. You will be responsible for executing and monitoring initiatives, projects, and improvements to ensure efficiency, control, and risk mitigation, all while aligning with corporate project management methodology and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Execute security liaison activities, including certifying business applications, folders, and users, coordinating BRP and BCP plans, and verifying information assets.
- Monitor and track the execution of projects and improvements for the Executive Finance Directorate, planning and coordinating activities with responsible teams.
- Execute and follow up on the control process for spreadsheets generating accounting and/or financial information, ensuring their placement in repositories and completeness.
- Monitor and update policies, procedures, and instructions related to the processes of the Executive Finance Directorate areas.
- Provide support to different company areas with the approval process for contracting services from the Big 4 (PWC, KPMG, Deloitte & EY).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, material resources administration, coordination, and management of control and regulatory compliance activities.
- Knowledge in process analysis, budget administration and planning, feasibility analysis methodology, and project management (Project, WBS, Earned Value).
- Extensive knowledge of company administrative policies and procedures and IT policies.
- Advanced English level: translates to English.
