About the Role

Canada Life is hiring a bilingual Senior Implementation Specialist to join the Guarantee Administration Solutions team. This team is a leading provider of outsourced plan administration services, and this role is central to building trust through leadership with plan sponsors and internal clients. You will apply project management skills and a client-centric vision to advance our flexible guarantee plans.

What You'll Do

  • Lead implementations for new clients joining the Guarantee Administration Solutions team.
  • Implement Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll files for clients.
  • Oversee and support annual re-enrollments for existing clients.
  • Provide support for service proposal requests and rate estimates.
  • Prepare presentations for and participate in meetings with shortlisted bidders.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members as needed.
  • Participate in projects affecting the team.
  • Support the IT Services team from a business perspective regarding the GroupNet Flexible Benefits site.
  • Manage and coordinate releases for the GroupNet Flexible Benefits site.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in French and English is required to serve our Francophone and Anglophone clients.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and exert influence within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of management, both in client environments and within Canada Life, to propose solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent understanding of the impact of our technology products on plan establishment and design.
  • Ability to adopt a structured and analytical planning approach and create relevant project plans.
  • Ability to adopt a structured approach to data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent command of data management tools like Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Understanding of group insurance and outsourcing services.
  • Ability to obtain Reliability Status and Security Clearance as a condition of employment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $79,100 to $131,800.
