Royal BAM Group is hiring an FM-Quantity Surveyor for its Facilities Management team based at the Kill, Kildare Head Office. In this role, you will manage cost and revenue data, tender packages, procurement, and small works for long-term PPP contracts and projects across education, commercial, and retail sectors. This position offers a significant opportunity for long-term career growth within Facilities Management.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
- Manage tender packages, including compiling information, distributing to subcontractors, and reviewing/comparing returned tenders.
- Oversee small works.
- Handle procurement tasks, including preparing orders and managing contract renewal dates.
- Conduct cost analysis on current and future packages.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiencies.
- Prepare quotations, including Capex, Operational & Lifecycle costs, track progress, and update the Operations Team and Client regularly.
- Maintain and update records for works completion, sign off and invoicing.
- Identify and compile packages for specialist subcontractors/Suppliers.
- Provide information on subcontracts/subcontractors.
- Address invoicing and subcontract queries.
- Assist in procuring products or subcontractors.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to the BAM values of Sustainable, Inclusive, Reliable, Ownership and Collaborative.

- Knowledge of COINS software.
