Grupo PiSA is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator to implement the company's improvement system in partnership with the Seguros Monterrey New York Life business. You will drive enhancements in employee engagement, customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, and sustainable innovation. As the Agent of Change, you will work to identify opportunities, design solutions, and train teams to utilize new methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Participate in Change Agent training programs, including orientation sessions and communities of practice.
- Lead key phases of the continuous improvement implementation, such as planning, diagnostics, design, execution, and replication.
- Conduct diagnostic work within implementations, collaborating with frontline associates, managers, leaders, and other stakeholders. This includes performing analysis through tours and interviews.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in coaching and team management.
- Proficiency in advanced English and advanced Excel.
- 3-5 years of overall experience.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience in group benefits, with a specific focus on long-term and short-term disability claims.
- A track record of leadership and developing others, with a passion for coaching.
