About the Role

This role leads the planning, execution, and completion of high-complexity data center projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction initiatives
  • Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities across global teams
  • Manage project budgets and financial forecasting with precision
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress closely
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle phases
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure quality control
  • Facilitate coordination between engineering, architecture, and IT specialists
  • Drive resolution of technical and logistical challenges
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Implement safety protocols across all project sites
  • Support sustainability goals through efficient project execution
  • Lead project change management processes
  • Ensure alignment with client specifications and operational needs
  • Conduct regular project status reviews with leadership
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple regions
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
  • Support post-project evaluations and lessons learned
  • Promote continuous improvement in project delivery methods

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in project management or engineering
  • Experience with hyperscale data center developments
  • Certified Data Center Designer (CDCD) credential
  • LEED Accredited Professional status
  • Experience in high-security environments
  • Familiarity with modular construction techniques
  • Track record in managing projects across Asia-Pacific region
  • Knowledge of utility infrastructure integration
  • Background in technology-driven facilities
  • Experience with BIM and digital project modeling
