Responsibilities

  • Direct project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring to maintain schedule and budget adherence using agile methodologies.
  • Inspire cross-functional teams to achieve deadlines and deliverables, promoting a collaborative agile culture.
  • Assume accountability for delivering technical projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Create detailed project plans covering scope, deliverables, milestones, resource management, finance, and quality within an agile framework.
  • Oversee multiple projects or scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring consistent agile practice compliance.
  • Organize backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, understanding, and dependencies before sprint planning.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure proper adherence to PDLC governance.
  • Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog to align with technical and operational needs.
  • Work with Product Management to facilitate sprint planning sessions, enabling development teams to meet commitments.
  • Proactively remove obstacles for project teams to sustain continuous workflow.
  • Track and communicate project status, manage interdependencies, and define key milestones.
  • Lead retrospectives, drive ongoing improvements, and disseminate best practices across the organization.
  • Uphold the organization's dedication to risk management and data integrity.
