E.ON is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects to completion for our Czech group companies. You will manage projects focused on customer and energy solutions for B2C and B2B segments, collaborating directly with teams across E.ON Czech and with colleagues within E.ON SE.

What You'll Do

Lead projects for E.ON Czech group companies focused on customer and energy solutions for B2C and B2B segments.
Collaborate with teams across E.ON Czech and with colleagues within E.ON SE.
Use a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies as required by each project.
Act as SCRUM master or agile coach when the situation requires.

What We're Looking For

A Master's degree.
At least two years of experience in project management, business analysis, process management, consulting, or similar fields, ideally from a business, finance, or regulated industry environment.
The ability to work in a structured way, navigate details, and use proven project management practices.
English proficiency sufficient to present a project or resolve issues with colleagues from headquarters.
