Role Overview
As a Project Manager 1, you will lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects from initiation through closeout. Your responsibilities include ensuring alignment with client expectations, internal stakeholders, and contractual agreements. You will use tools such as IntelliPlan to manage schedules, inventory, and billing while maintaining compliance with SLAs and project scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project onboarding and startup activities in alignment with defined scope and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop project playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Define and manage inventory needs based on rollout timelines, coordinating with Supply Chain on lead times and delivery schedules
- Input and maintain project data—including BOMs, deployment schedules, and forecasts—within IntelliPlan
- Track product availability and adjust inventory plans to align with project timelines
- Manage client-facing communication, serving as the primary contact for operational requirements and schedule updates
- Facilitate regular internal and external meetings to review project status, risks, and changes
- Process and document scope changes through formal Project Change Requests, including cost and SLA adjustments
- Coordinate deployment readiness with technical support teams and manage schedule adjustments as needed
- Oversee billing processes, including inventory invoicing and ownership transfer per contractual agreements
- Ensure accurate reporting by gathering client requirements and generating customized deliverables
- Support ITAD and Depot project setup by collecting enterprise-level client specifications
- Drive project closeout activities, summarize performance findings, and present results to leadership
- Escalate and resolve project conflicts in collaboration with senior management
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required, along with 2–5 years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, or technology strategy. Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools is essential.
Preferred Credentials
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- ITIL or equivalent service management certification
Technical Environment
You will work with IntelliPlan, CRM systems, and documentation frameworks including BOM, SOPs, MSA, MISA, SOW, SLA, and PCR to ensure structured and auditable project delivery.
