Key Responsibilities
- Lead team development with a focus on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators and conduct regular quality reviews to uphold service standards
- Design and manage operational projects that support strategic growth and customer-centric outcomes
- Train team members on planning protocols and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and strengthen cross-functional coordination
- Support executive vision by implementing scalable processes and operational frameworks
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management roles
- Direct experience in US healthcare systems is required
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite applications
- Strong project management and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to work night shifts as needed
- Reliable primary workstation meeting minimum specs: Intel i5-6000 (6th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5+, 8GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, noise-cancelling USB headset, and clear video camera
- Backup system: secondary computer with equivalent specs or UPS (240Wh+) supporting full workstation operation for at least 3 hours
- Primary internet: DSL/Fiber with 100mb/s minimum contracted speed
- Backup internet: cellular connection with at least 20mb/s speed
