Colac Area Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-functional teams in delivering critical technology solutions. You will play a key role in the RegStar program, enabling better data access for effective regulation and improved safety outcomes, supporting the Future Transport 2056 Strategy vision.
What You'll Do
- Lead multi-functional project teams to undertake project assessments, management, and delivery processes across multiple initiatives.
- Work within both waterfall and agile project management frameworks to ensure best practice, commercially sound delivery.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of Shared Capability Products including Payment Management, Product Management, Case Management (CSM), and Compliance & Enforcement Management.
- Coordinate delivery across microservices, third-party platforms, and API/integration tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Report to the Technology Transformation Lead and work closely with the Business Transformation team.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience providing specialist advice at a senior or executive level in a complex organization.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities to strategically lead and motivate highly skilled technical staff.
- Significant project management experience using Agile methodology across platforms and microservices at enterprise scale in a highly regulated environment.
- Track record of managing complex, multi-vendor technology delivery.
- Proven successful delivery across payments/billing, CRM/CSM (preferably Salesforce), document & template management, and API gateway tooling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills within a high-reliability, high-risk environment, ideally in a large public sector or industrial organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a progressive, forward-thinking attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix-style reporting environment, balancing customer orientation with operational demands.
