Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP Engagement Manager to lead business transformation engagements for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP projects, from pre-sales and scoping through to delivery and handover, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Work within the sales process to help shape new propositions.
- Manage the handover from the sales to the delivery team.
- Deliver against the contract, managing scope, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Provide clear and concise status and project reporting to both client and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team, supporting their continued development.
- Manage the client relationship at Senior Management level (CxO-1 or above).
- Be responsible for delivery governance, managing risks and quality, and achieving engagement financial and delivery KPIs.
- Manage key delivery processes including commercial, financial, and stakeholder management.
- Maintain the required level of Capgemini EM Certification for your grade and project complexity.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with all aspects of SAP delivery through to handover to early life support.
- Understanding and practical use of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable skills and previous experience working on SAP projects across different industries and clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing large global and distributed teams.
- Enjoyment in mentoring and developing junior talent and sharing knowledge across teams.
