Graham is looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex building construction projects from estimate through close-out. This role brings together strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership to drive safe, high-quality, and profitable project outcomes. You will be a key point of contact for clients and project teams, building strong relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex construction projects from estimate to close-out, providing full accountability for execution, schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labour, and equipment across Level 2 and entry Level 3 projects.
- Own project financial performance, including cost reporting, forecasting, change management, progress invoicing, and margin management, while exercising delegated commercial authority and managing risk, claims, and disputes.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams by selecting key personnel, mentoring project managers and superintendents, setting clear expectations, and creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a senior point of contact to resolve issues proactively, maintain strong partnerships, and ensure alignment with project objectives and broader business unit strategy.
- Champion health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) by leading safety culture, ensuring implementation of project-specific safety and quality programs, complying with regulatory requirements, and driving measurable HSEQ performance outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of eight (8) years of direct project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex Level 2 and entry-level Level 3 projects, commensurate with size, scope, and complexity.
- Technical trade certificate with extensive field and project management background.
- Advanced expertise in construction execution, financial and cost control, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, contract and change management, risk mitigation, and HSEQ.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma.
- Formal leadership training and demonstrated proficiency using construction and project management systems.
- Experience delivering healthcare, airport, institutional (e.g., recreation centres, schools), and defence projects.
- Hospital and/or residential project experience considered a strong asset.
Team & Environment
This role supports Graham's Buildings Division. You will work closely with Construction Managers and senior superintendents and report to a Project Director.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range of $165,000 to $185,000 per annum.
- Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience.
