Graham is hiring a Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Graham is looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex building construction projects from estimate through close-out. This role brings together strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership to drive safe, high-quality, and profitable project outcomes. You will be a key point of contact for clients and project teams, building strong relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex construction projects from estimate to close-out, providing full accountability for execution, schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labour, and equipment across Level 2 and entry Level 3 projects.
  • Own project financial performance, including cost reporting, forecasting, change management, progress invoicing, and margin management, while exercising delegated commercial authority and managing risk, claims, and disputes.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams by selecting key personnel, mentoring project managers and superintendents, setting clear expectations, and creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a senior point of contact to resolve issues proactively, maintain strong partnerships, and ensure alignment with project objectives and broader business unit strategy.
  • Champion health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) by leading safety culture, ensuring implementation of project-specific safety and quality programs, complying with regulatory requirements, and driving measurable HSEQ performance outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of direct project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex Level 2 and entry-level Level 3 projects, commensurate with size, scope, and complexity.
  • Technical trade certificate with extensive field and project management background.
  • Advanced expertise in construction execution, financial and cost control, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, contract and change management, risk mitigation, and HSEQ.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma.
  • Formal leadership training and demonstrated proficiency using construction and project management systems.
  • Experience delivering healthcare, airport, institutional (e.g., recreation centres, schools), and defence projects.
  • Hospital and/or residential project experience considered a strong asset.

Team & Environment

This role supports Graham's Buildings Division. You will work closely with Construction Managers and senior superintendents and report to a Project Director.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range of $165,000 to $185,000 per annum.
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience.
  • Flexible, comprehensive Health & Dental benefits plan designed to support your well-being.
