Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is seeking a Team Leader, Civil/Structural Engineering to join our Bridge Competence Center and Construction Technology department. You will provide technical leadership, drive team development, and strategically implement construction technology standards across the company.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership for the Civil/Structural Engineering team and plan personnel deployment.
- Support and develop team members, ensuring continuous knowledge building and exchange.
- Develop and implement company-wide qualitative and quantitative construction technology standards in civil engineering.
- Develop fundamental strategic guidelines for the construction technology process.
- Take technical leadership of projects within your specialist field.
- Provide consultation and technical supervision for the structural engineering of large and small bridges.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed scientific degree (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant expertise and experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a leadership role within construction companies, engineering offices, or comparable organizations.
- Solid specialist knowledge in civil/structural engineering and the related field of responsibility.
- Secure application of technical regulations and standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction contract law and project management.
