Celestica is hiring a Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering to lead our team in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical projects and teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives for Celestica and our customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the work of designing, developing, deploying and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Understand the customer's technical roadmap and identify/manage all new customer-specific process development projects.
- Manage technical aspects for all new customer-specific process development projects.
- Develop the scope of all technical work, coordinate the team, direct work assignments, and assist with problem resolution for the full customer product life cycle.
- Evaluate potential manufacturing impact for each design concept.
- Responsible for best practice standard development, participate in Industry organizations for developing standards, and provide training and application support globally.
- Set yearly plans and goals for their department, give direction on expected performance, and provide regular performance evaluations and ongoing feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 to 10 years of related experience; Experience in similar job roles.
Work Mode
This position requires onsite work in Richardson, Texas, USA.
