About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of networking projects for enterprise environments
- Design scalable and secure network architectures aligned with client needs
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization strategies
- Oversee configuration and integration of routing, switching, and firewall systems
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation plans
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across distributed environments
- Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
- Implement monitoring tools to maintain network performance and availability
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Lead post-implementation reviews and performance assessments
- Drive adoption of automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends
- Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Participate in pre-sales engineering and solution scoping
- Ensure alignment with organizational IT policies and standards
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation
- Optimize network efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Support cloud connectivity and hybrid network models
- Enforce change management protocols for network modifications
- Conduct capacity planning and future growth analysis
- Foster collaboration between engineering, security, and operations teams

Client Engagement Model
