Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, Salesforce setup, and document workflows to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and governance.
- Support project delivery through meeting setups, project planning, and financial coordination.
- Assist with team management tasks, including briefings, travel arrangements, and security clearances.
- Foster collaboration across teams to meet stakeholder needs and maintain high-quality governance standards.
Requirements
- Proven project administration experience, ideally 5+ years in construction, infrastructure, professional services, or Defence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and track milestones.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and prepare professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project).
- Professionalism and adaptability: proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
