Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, Salesforce setup, and document workflows to ensure timely project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and governance.
  • Support project delivery through meeting setups, project planning, and financial coordination.
  • Assist with team management tasks, including briefings, travel arrangements, and security clearances.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to meet stakeholder needs and maintain high-quality governance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven project administration experience, ideally 5+ years in construction, infrastructure, professional services, or Defence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and track milestones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prepare professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project).
  • Professionalism and adaptability: proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience with Aconex.
