Responsibilities

  • Develop and assess program plans, budgets, and timelines across current and potential new sites under the guidance of the Programs Director.
  • Analyze program reports, including progress and financial updates from implementation partners, to extract key findings and investigate concerns.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and contracting service providers in alignment with program leadership direction.
  • Lead school feasibility studies and selection processes under supervision to ensure accurate data collection and optimal site choices.
  • Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with program staff and implementation partners to track progress and resolve operational issues.
  • Support program leadership by representing the initiative in internal and external meetings when assigned, maintaining continuity in oversight and decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with implementation partners through check-ins, site visits, and progress tracking to monitor field-level execution.
  • Work with MEAL, Analytics, Logistics, and other teams to refine tools, systems, and processes that enhance implementation and monitoring.
  • Evaluate monitoring data, identify trends, and share actionable insights with stakeholders to improve program outcomes and adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with program and research teams on assessments, surveys, and impact evaluations to inform evidence-based programming.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen data use for measuring effectiveness and improving operational performance across all program areas.
  • Promote shared learning across partners and lead efforts to document lessons that shape future program design and implementation.
  • Ensure accountability systems and feedback mechanisms for beneficiaries and communities are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Coordinate learning events such as summits to reflect on performance, share evaluation results, and strengthen donor and partner relationships.
  • Partner with communications teams to gather and share stories that illustrate program impact.
  • Manage relationships with local leaders, schools, parents, education authorities, and other stakeholders to support program success.
  • Support the sharing of project processes and results with local and government stakeholders and relay feedback internally.
  • Facilitate clear communication between implementing partners, government bodies, and internal teams by outlining key activities and challenges.
  • Represent program efforts in local forums and meetings relevant to project advancement across sites.
  • Assist the Programs Director in improving program quality by reviewing field reports, tracking KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Offer constructive feedback to program staff to support professional growth and ongoing program refinement.
  • Guide program teams and partners in adhering to organizational standards and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Provide technical and management coaching to program staff, focusing on data use and problem-solving in operations.
  • Deliver training to team members, partners, and government officials on standardized systems for efficient, scalable program management.
  • Support documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and innovations from implementation partner activities.
