About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing high-impact programs across the EMEA region, coordinating between departments, driving project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across multiple teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and success metrics
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment between regional operations and global business goals
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and milestones
  • Manage dependencies across departments and time zones
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
  • Support change management processes during program transitions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all program activities
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Lead program reviews and post-implementation evaluations
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership as needed
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Integrate feedback from stakeholders into program adjustments
  • Support resource planning and capacity forecasting
  • Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies
  • Act as a central point of contact for program-related inquiries
  • Translate business needs into executable program plans
  • Drive adoption of best practices in program governance
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle
  • Support onboarding and training for new program components
