Jobgether is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Digital Community to lead the strategy, design, and daily operations of our global digital community. Your mission is to foster engagement, learning, and connection among customers by developing scalable programs that drive product adoption, onboarding success, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the digital community strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives such as onboarding, product adoption, retention, and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Independently manage and scale global community programs, including onboarding cohorts, user group meetings, and live learning sessions.
- Oversee community technology, vendor relationships, and roadmap to ensure optimal performance, trust, and engagement.
- Partner with marketing to implement gamification, rewards, and customer recognition initiatives.
- Align educational content, webinars, blogs, and product updates within community channels to enhance learning.
- Manage editorial calendars for newsletters and contributor spotlights, and optimize content discoverability through analytics and SEO.
- Track, analyze, and report community impact metrics to Customer Success and cross-functional leadership.
- Set benchmarks and monitor community health indicators such as engagement, deflection rates, and program CSAT.
- Adjust community initiatives based on performance and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in community management, digital engagement, or related roles in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Proven success building and scaling customer communities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic and operational skills with the ability to own vision and execution end-to-end.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize engagement, retention, and program impact.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Familiarity with community platforms, LMS, or event management tools; API or automation experience is a plus.
- Passion for building authentic, engaging spaces where customers learn, connect, and grow.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cybersecurity or technical SaaS products.
- Community platform administration experience.
- Familiarity with AI-powered moderation tools.
- Understanding of Customer Success journeys and metrics.
