Role Overview
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will guide clients through the end-to-end implementation of a digital adoption platform, creating interactive experiences that improve user engagement and accelerate software adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical solutions with business goals to drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy guided user experiences that enhance onboarding and feature adoption across web platforms.
- Partner with client stakeholders to assess business needs, identify challenges, and recommend tailored solutions using the platform’s capabilities.
- Manage full lifecycle implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget while coordinating with internal teams and developers.
- Analyze user interaction data and feedback to refine implementations and increase effectiveness over time.
- Deliver training sessions to client teams, promoting best practices and maximizing platform utilization.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to deployment, ensuring seamless performance across devices and applications.
- Work closely with UX designers, engineers, and customer success partners to ensure cohesive, user-centered implementations.
- Operate on a Monday to Friday workweek, with Sunday designated as a non-working day.
Qualifications
You bring a strong grasp of user behavior and digital experience optimization. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential for customizing and integrating solutions into client environments. You think analytically, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes. Your attention to detail ensures solutions are both functional and visually consistent with client branding. With over five years in professional services, implementation, or customer success roles—and significant SaaS experience—you are adept at problem-solving and client collaboration.
A background in agile environments is beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
