WalkMe is looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to own the implementation of WalkMe's product for our customers. You will partner directly with customers to design and build solutions that enhance user experience across multiple websites and platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and implement interactive WalkMe experiences to drive business impact.
- Work closely with customer application owners to understand business objectives and recommend WalkMe solutions.
- Lead end-to-end WalkMe projects, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and analyze WalkMe usage data and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on WalkMe best practices.
- Identify and resolve issues related to WalkMe implementation.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, and customer success teams.
What We're Looking For
- A strong understanding of user behaviour and how to improve user engagement through WalkMe.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customise and integrate WalkMe elements.
- An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail, ensuring WalkMe elements are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
- 3+ years of SaaS experience.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
