As a Human Resources Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the evolution of their HR and payroll functions. You'll deliver essential services including HR administration, payroll processing, and time management solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll projects, from initial assessment to implementation and follow-up
- Analyze existing HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives that deliver measurable improvements
- Extract meaningful insights from HR data to enhance data integrity and support strategic decision-making
- Document processes clearly and propose practical, technology-driven solutions
- Advance your expertise through structured learning via the internal academy and ongoing professional development
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least three years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French, both written and spoken
- Strong motivation to stay current with HR trends and digital tools
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed
- A mindset focused on long-term impact and continuous growth
