Responsibilities
- Create and improve training content covering product lines, applications, installation, operation, controls, servicing, diagnostics, and selection software.
- Design practical training resources that replicate equipment faults for hands-on diagnostic practice during instructional sessions.
- Deliver training independently to internal and external stakeholders at company facilities, distributor sites, or through online platforms.
- Assist in field investigations by collecting relevant performance data and engaging in cross-functional reviews with engineering teams.
- Support distributor and dealer initiatives such as on-site troubleshooting, commissioning, application design, and technical guidance.
- Review and recommend updates to technical documentation including wiring schematics, installation guides, and service manuals.
- Produce service guides, technical bulletins, and training advisories for field dissemination.
- Work with technical editors to finalize and release documentation to service networks.
- Prepare follow-up reports and support research for training program development.
- Adjust technical content in marketing collateral to align with customer needs and understanding.
- Create and distribute updated product information, specification sheets, and technical training materials for sales teams.

Compensation
