Responsibilities
- Articulate, refine, and document product capabilities using tools such as wireframes, user journey maps, and collaborative design sessions alongside UI/UX specialists
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity, visibility, and team understanding
- Establish acceptance conditions for user stories and assist in breaking down complex requirements into actionable tasks
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and support evidence-based decision-making
- Guide development efforts by working with the team to define plans, scope, estimates, sprint objectives, and collective commitments
- Formulate a clear product vision and long-term strategy
- Manage content interdependencies with other Agile teams when necessary
- Collaborate across departments based on project needs
- Verify story completion by confirming adherence to predefined acceptance standards
- Assess and oversee product quality to promote ongoing enhancements
- Attend team demonstrations, system reviews, inspect-and-adapt sessions, and retrospectives while offering constructive input
- Oversee the conceptual and technical consistency of features or components with guidance from technical leadership
- Coordinate compliance with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards
- Monitor and optimize product performance using analytical data
- Prepare program increment planning inputs for the development team
- Share up-to-date progress updates for the Agile team both within and outside the immediate group
- Align with the Product Management group to coordinate product planning, delivery, and go-to-market activities
- Manage relationships and expectations across all relevant stakeholders
