VSolvit is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will execute client-facing Airtable implementations, configuring the platform to meet client needs while balancing technical and tactical realities. The role focuses on the physical setup of Airtable and requires advanced expertise in the platform and software implementation.
What You'll Do
- Build and configure Airtable systems from zero or augment existing ones, tailoring solutions to meet changing client needs and business objectives.
- Be a subject-matter-expert for all things Airtable and coordinate to find answers or solutions when needed.
- Manage and orchestrate support, taking individuals or teams through introductions of new products and interpreting product updates to apply to existing processes.
- Prepare wide-scale training as needed and contribute to or lead quality training programs.
What We're Looking For

- Experience with software implementation.
