Shape how technology solutions are brought to market by leading product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a growing B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll translate product innovation into clear, customer-focused narratives that drive adoption, support sales effectiveness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate in competitive markets
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products, features, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and business goals
- Create repeatable launch frameworks that improve consistency, speed, and impact across product releases
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure messaging clarity and drive adoption throughout the customer lifecycle
- Design high-impact enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive analyses, and customer success stories
- Generate insights through customer research, win/loss reviews, and market analysis to inform product direction and messaging
- Support pricing and packaging strategies that align with market needs and revenue objectives
- Define and monitor KPIs tied to product launches and ongoing performance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as a cross-functional connector, ensuring teams understand what’s being built, who it’s for, and why it matters
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of developing messaging and GTM strategies that drive revenue and adoption
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and enable sales teams with effective tools and insights
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams across a remote environment
- Familiarity with customer research methods and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) technology is a plus

Compensation
Base salary range: $135,000 – $150,000. Position is equity-eligible based on company policy.
