About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for core platform features
- Define and prioritize product backlog based on user feedback and business goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ship high-quality releases on schedule
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive advantages
- Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements
- Work with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track product performance
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across departments
- Manage timelines and deliverables for product launches
- Gather and synthesize input from customer support and sales teams
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to align on objectives
- Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Maintain clear documentation of product decisions and roadmaps
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development process
- Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on data
