Responsibilities
- Drive product discovery, strategy, and execution using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Identify customer problems and translate them into scalable product solutions and initiatives.
- Lead complex product initiatives across cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and Design.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and definition through launch and continuous iteration.
- Own feature performance and product outcomes, including success metrics and long-term improvements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate product direction, and support decision-making.
- Gather customer feedback through various channels and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term product strategy and business goals.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management with ownership across the full product lifecycle.
- Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to independently manage cross-functional initiatives and navigate ambiguity or trade-off decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Experience engaging directly with customers to understand business needs and product challenges.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
- Familiarity with Jira and related collaboration tools.
- Proven experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive measurable product outcomes.
