Responsibilities
- Lead product development for the Regulatory Technology area, serving control functions as the main stakeholders to support scalable operations.
- Collaborate with second-line teams and use-case owners to identify, clarify, and consolidate complex regulatory demands, ensuring they are clearly defined and ready for engineering execution.
- Coordinate with fellow product managers to grasp cross-functional requirements from Broker, Wealth, Credit, and Banking products, ensuring compatibility with regulatory reporting infrastructure.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and technical design for the domain, working closely with a broad team of data engineers to build reliable systems on the data lake and regulatory data framework.
- Manage full-cycle product delivery from technical assessment through to live deployment, emphasizing rapid execution while maintaining precision and thoroughness.
- Implement agile methodologies to guide development, moving beyond fixed sprints to milestone-based planning and dynamic prioritization to respond effectively to evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Manager for Scalable’s Regulatory Technology domain, treating the control functions as your primary clients to ensure their operations scale seamlessly.
- Work collaboratively with the 2nd line and use-case owners to discover, define, and synthesize complex new regulatory requirements, ensuring requirements are fully defined and actionable, allowing the engineering team to seamlessly kick off implementation.
- Partner with product manager peers to understand requirements across our Broker, Wealth, Credit, and Banking offerings, ensuring all new features integrate smoothly with our regulatory reporting systems.
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap and technical specifications for the domain, working hand-in-hand with a large team of Data Engineers to design robust solutions on top of our data lake and regulatory data architecture.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from technical evaluation to production with a strong focus on high execution speed while ensuring absolute accuracy and attention to detail.
- Apply agile frameworks to drive development, shifting from rigid sprint commitments to milestone steering and prioritization to maintain adaptability under changing conditions.
