DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product selection journey for our web experience, including the product page and its core features. In this remote role, you will focus on balancing product data with compelling content and recommendations to meet diverse customer needs at scale. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative products that reflect our belief in how positively sports can change lives.
What You'll Do
- Define and establish a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product within a modern development environment.
- Set goals based on outcomes, measure progress, and use data to inform future product iterations and roadmap prioritization.
- Interact with all functional areas including product design, software engineering, leadership, and portfolio stakeholders to bring cohesion to domain initiatives.
- Develop compelling arguments for product success and create inclusive go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the product backlog, create effective user stories, lead backlog prioritization, and perform testing with engineers.
- Enlist and enable stakeholders using evidence-based influencing skills and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Act as a trusted expert and operations leader within the product domain, advocating for a Lean Product mindset.
- Build the roadmap collaboratively with stakeholders based on outcomes and effectively communicate the 'why' behind prioritization.
- Use data to discover customer pain points and identify the right problems for the best business outcomes.
- Develop growth matrices, manage product team budget, set pricing, and gather data to identify Product ROI.
- Proactively identify dependencies, communicate risks, build release plans, and write user stories for software engineering.
- Manage third-party partnerships, lead sprint planning, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Communicate with legal, compliance, security, and other critical teams.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with other product managers, product designers, software engineers, and stakeholders.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00
