Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Business Product Owner to serve as the critical bridge between business needs and product execution, owning the product lifecycle and driving cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced Agile environment. You'll work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation to build impactful digital products that simplify healthcare and drive better outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and business needs to define product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize, develop, and launch features.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and iterate based on data insights.
- Support product managers by providing clear business context, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the voice of the customer during product development and decision-making processes.
- Partner with marketing and proposals teams to communicate the product’s business value.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management within healthcare, SaaS, PBM, or related industries.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional product solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across departments in an Agile setup.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in HealthTech, FinTech, or similar fast-moving environments.
