About the Role
This position leads the strategic direction of payroll products, ensuring they meet market demands, comply with regulations, and deliver value to customers through innovation and user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for payroll solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure features
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback into product roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and financial regulations
- Work closely with UX designers to enhance user experience
- Lead discovery efforts to identify market opportunities
- Coordinate release planning across multiple stakeholders
- Analyze performance metrics to guide product decisions
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of payroll product features
- Partner with sales and support teams to understand client challenges
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive adoption of new functionalities through clear documentation
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategy accordingly
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Support integration of payroll systems with third-party platforms
- Advocate for data privacy and security best practices
- Oversee user testing and validation processes
- Present product updates to executive leadership
- Ensure alignment with long-term company objectives
- Mentor junior product team members
