Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Operator Experience to lead the development of operator-facing experiences in a global travel marketplace. You will define and execute the roadmap for Pricing and Availability, ensuring seamless interactions between operators, travelers, and partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the roadmap for Operator Experience, focusing initially on Pricing and Availability, in alignment with company objectives and OKRs.
- Write clear product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver robust, user-friendly solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, marketing, and customer support to drive adoption and ensure measurable impact.
- Conduct customer discovery and data analysis to uncover needs, inform product decisions, and validate solutions.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and adjust strategy to optimize results.
- Build scalable systems that integrate operator reservation data and pricing information to enhance discoverability and booking efficiency.
- Expand product remit within the Operator Experience domain, adapting to evolving strategic priorities.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including B2B product delivery.
- Proven expertise in defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong technical proficiency, including understanding of APIs and AI technologies.
- Experience shaping UI layers and translating technical complexity into user-friendly products.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience decomposing complex platform solutions into deliverable milestones.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and contribute across broader Operator Experience initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2C or B2B2C products is a plus.
- Travel industry knowledge and familiarity with reservation systems are advantageous.
