Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategies that enhance performance marketing systems, landing page effectiveness, and conversion funnel efficiency.
- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Performance Marketing teams to align technical development with lending revenue growth goals.
- Coordinate with internal sales divisions and external lending partners to ensure smooth transition from user engagement to loan funding.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to continuously improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Drive a data-driven experimentation plan across lending pathways using A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Align product features with customer acquisition efforts by collaborating with Marketing and SEO teams.
- Serve as the central link between Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to ensure infrastructure supports advanced growth logic.
- Lead the strategy for transitioning users from digital interactions to human-assisted service, ensuring a frictionless end-to-end journey.
- Design and deliver digital experiences that increase customer lifetime value through personalized recommendations and lifecycle-based triggers.
