15Five is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for key areas of our platform, which helps organizations unlock the potential of their people.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core product area.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to deeply understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to bring products from concept to launch.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories, and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
- Measure product success through key metrics and iterate based on performance and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, user-centric software products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an agile development framework with cross-functional teams.
