About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for lending platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver product features
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements
- Prioritize product backlog based on strategic impact and customer value
- Lead product discovery and validation efforts
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure regulatory compliance in product design and implementation
- Work closely with risk management and underwriting teams
- Drive user testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple product initiatives
- Communicate product strategy to stakeholders and executives
- Support go-to-market planning and execution
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration into lending products
- Maintain deep understanding of financial regulations affecting lending
- Foster collaboration between business units and technical teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Lead product training for internal teams
- Represent product in executive reviews and planning sessions
- Ensure alignment with company-wide technology and business goals

- Master’s degree in business, finance, or technology

- Background in banking or credit union operations
- Experience with regulatory exams or audits

- Leadership experience in high-growth organizations
- History of mentoring junior product team members
- Public speaking or conference presentation experience
