Affirm is looking for a Senior Product Manager (International) to lead our credit and purchasing experience for customers in the UK and new international markets. You will be instrumental in scaling Affirm's honest financial products globally, ensuring they meet local needs and deliver exceptional value.
What You'll Do
- Drive the execution, growth, and scale of Affirm in the United Kingdom for credit underwriting and purchase experience interfaces.
- Drive credit and purchase UX strategy and success metrics, seeing through to execution that meaningfully moves the needle for our business and customers.
- Deeply understand Affirm UK users and merchants—their needs, decision drivers, and feedback.
- Drive our product expansion to new markets in the credit and purchase experience domain, adapting our approach to local needs.
- Partner closely with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, etc) to shape your product roadmap and incorporate oversight.
- Identify and create experiences that make it seamless for merchants to deliver an incredible buy now, pay later experience.
What We're Looking For
- Direct experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving meaningful business impact.
- Experience working on a consumer technology product in the UK or Europe.
- Equally comfortable diving into technical details with engineers, iterating on designs with designers, and analyzing funnels with data analysts.
- Strong discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience working with and effectively influencing engineering teams outside of your direct purview to prioritize and build what you need.
- Bias towards action and ability to effectively navigate obstacles and blockers.
- Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
- Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time.

- Experience with a fintech product.
- Experience with a BNPL product.
