About the Role
The role involves owning the strategy and execution of integration features and payroll-related product initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for integration and payroll systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions
- Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Ensure integration reliability and data consistency across platforms
- Work with external partners to establish and maintain API connections
- Identify opportunities to improve system interoperability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple product areas
- Develop metrics to measure integration performance and usage
- Support compliance with payroll data regulations and security standards
- Conduct market research to inform product decisions
- Create detailed product requirements and documentation
- Facilitate user testing and validation of new features
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve integration issues
- Communicate product updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of new integration capabilities through training and guidance
- Monitor industry trends in payroll and fintech ecosystems
- Evaluate third-party tools and platforms for potential integration
- Ensure scalability of integration architecture as the user base grows
- Balance technical constraints with user needs and business goals
