Trunk Tools is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Integrations to serve as the product leader for our construction integrations platform. You will shape the strategy to enable third-parties to read and write to our platform, driving growth, value, and adoption across the construction industry.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the Integrations Product leader and voice of the customer by conducting regular, structured discovery sessions.
- Map source system data into our construction ontology and maximize its value to internal and external customers.
- Lead the development of an integrated platform enabling third-party developers to build integrations with minimal Product & Engineering support.
- Manage internal and external expectations around priorities and delivery timelines using roadmaps.
- Constantly advocate for the good of the business in every interaction and decision.
- Collaborate with Implementations, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure a smooth customer experience with new launches.
- Contribute to scale efforts by establishing and improving SDLC processes and contributing to best practices.
- Own processes and tooling to capture critical data on customer usage, activity, and adoption.
- Provide consistent feedback to cross-functional teams to optimize customer expectation management and communication.
- Work with the CPO to level up SDLC to optimize for data-driven decision making and business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager with integrations experience for business applications.
- Experience both maturing existing products and incubating new ones from 0 to 1.
- Persuasive, results driven influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
- Able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day software users.
- Team player who works effectively in teams of Integrations and non-Integrations individuals.
- Can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Bias towards action, gravitating towards environments where you have outsized influence.
- Strong sense of empathy and a desire to improve the lives of those who work in the built world.
- Fascinated by technology, artificial intelligence, and their impact.
- Experience working in JIRA to manage the SDLC in a SOC2 Type II environment.
- Must be located in a US time zone (and US or Canada only—must be able to travel to the US).
Nice to Have
- Experience with construction or real estate technology.
- CSPO and CSM certifications.

You will report directly to the CPO and join a team of 65+ employees, including 25+ engineers. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Subject Matter Experts/Advisors, and Customers.
