Responsibilities
- Manage patient acquisition workflows from initial contact through first clinical engagement
- Design and refine the full patient journey from eligibility determination to first clinical touchpoint
- Develop scalable systems to support expansion into new markets and health plan partnerships
- Collaborate with call center teams to enhance conversion rates and user experience
- Identify and eliminate barriers in the enrollment funnel to reduce acquisition costs
- Document and streamline complex operational workflows
- Analyze and formalize processes across data intake, eligibility rules, outreach, and care coordination
- Transform disjointed procedures into efficient, scalable product solutions
- Ensure internal care management tools align with frontline operational needs
- Lead product discovery and execution from concept to launch
- Manage end-to-end product development using iterative build-measure-learn cycles
- Engage with clinical, operational, and executive teams to uncover challenges and opportunities
- Define strategic direction and deliver incremental improvements tied to funnel metrics
- Work across departments to align goals and execution
- Collaborate with operations, outreach, clinical staff, engineering, and data teams
- Coordinate stakeholders across go-to-market, care delivery, and product functions
- Balance priorities across growth, efficiency, and quality of care
- Deliver measurable improvements in business and patient outcomes
- Increase enrollment conversion and speed to first meaningful interaction
- Reduce operational waste and costs in patient onboarding
- Ensure smooth transition of new patients into ongoing care programs
- Develop deep knowledge of pediatric value-based care models
- Stay current on Medicaid populations, health plan collaborations, and care delivery best practices
- Monitor advancements in patient engagement and operational scaling techniques
