HTS Media (Hopper's Advertising and Media division) is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Flight Connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of new flight connectivity products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand market needs and customer requirements.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive product launches, including working with marketing, sales, and support.
  • Analyze and report on product performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features.
  • Ensure products meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work with data teams to gather and analyze product data.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation.
  • Participate in product demos and presentations.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate product risks.
  • Manage product budgets and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors.
  • Manage product lifecycle from inception to retirement.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback.
  • Implement user feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure products are scalable and maintainable.
  • Work with customer support to address product issues.
