5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products that drive measurable impact.
End-to-end product ownership experience, from ideation and specification through development, release, analysis, and iteration.
Passion for customer research, deeply committed to understanding user needs through qualitative and quantitative insights, including conducting user interviews, analyzing behavioral data, and uncovering feature opportunities to validate ideas.
Strong alignment with Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), ensuring product decisions align with Applause’s Product Vision Statement and drive meaningful outcomes.
Data-driven decision-making expertise, utilizing user tracking and product analytics tools such as Pendo to inform strategy and measure success.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline employees to executives, both within and outside the organization.
Collaborative and leadership-oriented, thriving in team environments, working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, and stepping into leadership roles as needed to drive alignment and execution.
