Roku is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Content Partner Portal

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for the TRC Partner Portal, defining vision and roadmap from foundational capabilities through full self-service maturity
  • Champion partner success by establishing feedback loops, conducting regular partner research, building comprehensive enablement resources, and ensuring the portal delivers measurable improvements in partner satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Drive partner-centric product development by conducting deep research to understand pain points and designing intuitive self-service tools for content management, analytics, and operations
  • Ship iteratively through phased releases, starting with core transparency features (title tracking, issue reporting, performance dashboards) and scaling to advanced capabilities (content editing, contract management, automated workflows)
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Product Marketing to deliver seamless integrations and drive portal adoption
  • Define success and optimize continuously by establishing key performance indicators, monitoring portal health, and using data to improve workflows and partner satisfaction

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience building B2B platforms, partner portals, developer tools, or content management systems
  • Proven track record shipping self-service products that measurably reduce operational overhead and enable scalability
  • Deep experience in streaming, media, or entertainment with understanding of content workflows including ingestion, metadata management, rights, and publishing
  • Strong technical fluency with ability to discuss APIs, data architecture, validation systems, and platform integrations
  • Experience building portals or tools for content partners, suppliers, or creators in media/entertainment ecosystems
  • Experience building partner enablement programs including onboarding, training materials, and success metrics that drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Background in operational efficiency or process automation with demonstrated impact reducing manual workflows through product solutions
  • Familiarity with contract management, financial reporting, or multi-party payout systems in B2B contexts
  • Understanding of content business models (AVOD/SVOD/FAST), rights management, territory restrictions, and performance analytics
