Wikimedia Foundation is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Connection Team (Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development for the Connection Team, focusing on user engagement and community interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Work with designers and engineers to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product updates effectively.
  • Identify and address user needs and pain points.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ensure alignment of product goals with organizational objectives.
