You will build the infrastructure powering major fintech platforms, driving innovation that enables millions of users worldwide to access crypto assets seamlessly and securely.

What You'll Do

Own the product roadmap for trading infrastructure, including order management, execution optimization, and liquidity solutions.
Collaborate with enterprise partners to deeply understand trading workflows and develop user-centric features that enhance customer experience.
Utilize real-time analytics and data-driven insights to continuously improve trading performance, reduce latency, and optimize execution quality.
Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure product innovation aligns with regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation by contributing to breakthrough features that democratize access to digital assets and set industry standards for crypto trading.

What We're Looking For

6 to 8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on financial technology and market innovation.
Strong understanding of trading operations, market microstructure, and execution mechanics.
Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex, real-time trading systems.
Experience engaging with enterprise clients to identify and solve operational challenges.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance optimization and reliability.
Passion for financial inclusion and the democratization of financial services.

Nice to Have

Experience with crypto trading platforms or digital asset infrastructure.
Background in institutional trading or brokerage operations.
