Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Product Manager: Billing to lead the development of innovative payments solutions that simplify how clients find and pay for therapy. You will shape the product roadmap, improve billing systems, and drive scalability and reliability across complex financial workflows, contributing directly to accessible, high-quality mental healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for billing-related platforms and features.
- Analyze gaps in existing billing workflows, resolve data inaccuracies, and improve system efficiency.
- Drive improvements to billing data models and platform reliability, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering, revenue cycle, and other product teams to meet revenue and payments goals.
- Define best practices and contribute to building the product management culture within the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate user needs and operational insights into actionable product initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years in healthcare billing or payments systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical product areas and integrate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong user empathy, with experience gathering insights from internal and external users to drive product decisions.
- Demonstrated collaboration and influence skills, capable of working effectively with engineers, designers, and other product teams.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and resilient; able to navigate setbacks and inspire teammates.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership of projects and outcomes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.

- Competitive salary: $160,000 - $210,000.
