About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping the admin experience within the platform, focusing on building scalable, user-friendly tools that support internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will combine product strategy with deep user empathy to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for administrative interfaces and backend management systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions for system configuration and access controls
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify pain points in current workflows
- Translate operational challenges into actionable product requirements
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles from concept to launch
- Prioritize features based on impact, technical feasibility, and business needs
- Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive, consistent admin interfaces
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across admin functionalities
- Monitor product performance using metrics and usage data
- Drive adoption through documentation, training materials, and support resources
- Coordinate with customer support and success teams to address admin-related issues
- Evaluate third-party tools and integrations to enhance admin capabilities
- Maintain detailed product documentation and roadmap updates
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within admin workflows
- Champion user-centric design principles across internal tools
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on admin experience priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product decisions
