At AutoNation, we're transforming healthcare financial workflows. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Payments and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. You will lead initiatives from point-of-care through billing and collections, driving innovative product strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for key Payments and RCM products, such as core payment processing and payment applications.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with Phreesia’s broader RCM strategy.
- Act as a Product Champion across the organization, communicating product vision and priorities to engineering, client success, marketing, and sales.
- Evaluate optimal approaches to execute on product strategy, including build, buy, or rent.
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering and QA teams.
- Identify and select vendors who can reduce time-to-market and create more value.
- Find innovative ways to use Artificial Intelligence to be more efficient and effective and to deliver better RCM outcomes.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, Implementation, Client Success, and Support.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure products meet HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory standards.
- Build and justify business cases for new capabilities and product enhancements, grounded in data and client impact.
- Partner with client-facing teams to provide product training, documentation, and support that enhances adoption and satisfaction.
- Proactively manage escalations, triage production issues, and drive prioritization of bug fixes and product improvements.
- Engage with clients and partners to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure solutions meet needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in healthcare finance and digital payments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment using Agile development methodologies.
- Domain expertise in healthcare Payments, Revenue Cycle Management, or FinTech, including experience with payment processors, EMV certifications, kernel integrations, and chip transaction flows.
- Strong working knowledge of PCI-DSS standards.
- Demonstrated success driving product initiatives involving PCI compliance, credit card processing, or revenue cycle management.
- Experience delivering payment solutions (POS, payment terminals, payment gateways, or SDKs) and collaborating with payment companies, such as processors or card networks.
- Experience leading product initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams, ideally including client success, finance, compliance, legal, and security.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and leverage data to inform prioritization and product evolution.
- Passion for making a difference in healthcare and improving access to and affordability of care.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with client-facing roles.
- Ability to travel up to twice per year to the U.S. for internal meetings and periodically meet face to face with customers and partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HIPAA and healthcare regulations a plus.
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching junior product managers is a plus.
