Responsibilities
- Execute against the product strategy and roadmap, turning vision into actionable work through clear user stories, well-defined requirements, and thoughtful prioritization.
- Lead discovery and execution, turning customer pain points and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate across disciplines (engineering, design, data, operations, business teams) to move initiatives from concept to launch.
- Champion the voice of the customer—especially brokers and business development teams—ensuring we solve meaningful problems that create real value.
- Explore emerging technologies, including integrating AI capabilities like intelligent assistants, agentic workflows, and automation to elevate user experience and efficiency.
- Use data and insights to make informed product decisions, run experiments, and continuously optimize.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role, with direct involvement in building and shipping products.
- Strong execution skills with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
- User-first mindset and ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and solutions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or sales/business development enablement tools such as CRMs, lead management platforms, or pipeline management systems.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features such as intelligent assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows.
