Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy and execution of our world beating Voice AI products from development to GTM.
- Igniting enthusiasm internally and externally about what we are doing and why.
- Helping us scale at pace by accelerating our Product Led Growth with developers, implementing GTM engineering approaches and building momentum in our ICPs.
- Effectively gathering market, customer and technical understanding and driving the product roadmap based on this.
Requirements
- Full spectrum product veteran with multiple examples of leading cross functional teams to achieve material business success, ideally in tech scale-ups.
- Results driven and execution focused – enjoys forging a path through an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
- Insatiably curiosity with a first principles approach to product growth.
- Bright but has humility – you’ll fit in well!
- Innovator, in technology and GTM, you love delivering ideas whose time has come.
- AI / ML literate - understands LLM limits, evals, performance/latency/cost trade-offs, data pipelines, guardrails, and can quickly gain respect of Eng/Research.
